DATAhome is the commercial brand operated by Gaëtan Mukeba-Harchies, an individual self-employed professional in Spain. The controller for the processing described on this marketing website can be contacted at info@data-home.app.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through a contact form: name, email address, optional phone number and optional message. The form also sends its source, selected locale and the page URL from which it was submitted.

Contact enquiries

When you submit a contact enquiry, the browser sends it to the DATAhome endpoint at /api/leads. The endpoint forwards the enquiry through Resend to the configured DATAhome contact recipient so that we can read and respond to your request.

We use the information in an enquiry to handle the conversation you initiated. We do not state that the marketing website stores contact enquiries in its own database.

Anti-abuse and security

To protect the contact service from abuse, the endpoint may temporarily use IP information received with the request to apply rate limiting. This operational record is kept in application memory for the rate-limit window and is not presented as a visitor profile.

Analytics

DATAhome uses Vercel Analytics only after you choose “Accept all” in the privacy preferences. Before a choice, and after “Essential only”, the marketing website does not mount or activate Vercel Analytics.

This policy describes DATAhome’s consent behaviour. It does not make assumptions about the internal storage or processing behaviour of Vercel Analytics.

Local preferences

Your privacy preference is stored locally in your browser under datahome_cookie_consent_v1. It records your Essential only or Accept all choice and the date of that choice. This is functional local storage; it is not an advertising mechanism and is not itself a cookie.

External services and technical sources

Resend is used to deliver contact enquiries to DATAhome. Vercel Analytics is available only after the analytics-enabled preference has been selected. The website may also retrieve or display public property information or media through external technical sources, including DATAhome application services and property-media sources.

Links to DATAhome registration, demo and template-preview environments take you to separate destinations. This policy describes data-home.app and does not claim to describe processing that may occur after you leave this marketing website.

Retention

Contact enquiries are retained for a maximum of 12 months, unless the enquiry develops into a commercial or contractual relationship or an applicable legal obligation requires a different retention period.

Recipients and processors

Contact enquiry information is sent to the DATAhome contact recipient configured for the service and is delivered through Resend. Technical providers may process information as needed to operate the website and its services. We do not sell contact enquiry information.

International transfers

Some technical providers may process information outside your country. The location and safeguards applicable to a provider depend on that provider’s service and configuration. Contact us at info@data-home.app if you need information about the processing relevant to your enquiry.

Your rights and how to exercise them

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or objection in relation to your personal information, and to raise a concern with a competent authority.
